BRIAN BEARDSMORE
Brian Beardsmore has a strong background in chemical and food manufacturing which includes Operational and Technical roles. He is a strategic planner who aims to make quality systems that are usable by busy production personnel. His 20 years’ experience in management in roles including Quality Manager, Production and Operations Management and Training Management helps him draw teams together to implement workable system.
DR AJAY SHAH
Dr Ajay Shah has lectured in the field of Food Science and Technology to university students in Australia, UK and New Zealand. In addition he has reviewed Food Science and Technology books for Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology as well as the Institute of Food Science &Technology (UK). Dr Shah has shared his expertise by presenting technical seminars at International conferences.
RON SILK
Ron Silk has a strong leadership background in general and food manufacturing which includes Operational and General Management roles. He is a strategic thinker who is also capable of detailed planning. His ability to quickly develop working relationships and trust at all levels of business allows him to drive projects to a successful conclusion.
